Terms & Cancellation Policy

By booking a ride with Opulent Chauffeur Services (“Opulent,” “we,” “us”) through our website, mobile apps, or a dispatcher, you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to every booking channel and every ride type we offer — point-to-point, airport/seaport transfer, hourly service, and corporate accounts.

All reservations require a minimum of 2 hours’ advance notice. Pickup times are guaranteed to within 5 minutes barring conditions outside our control (traffic, weather, flight delays). Your chauffeur will monitor tracked flights and adjust arrival accordingly at no extra charge.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations 12–24 hours out are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, 4–12 hours out to a 50% fee. No-shows and cancellations inside 4 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.

Domestic flights include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from landing; international flights include 60 minutes. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional waiting is billed at the standard hourly rate for your vehicle class, prorated by the minute.

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior vehicle if your selected vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts. You’ll be notified before pickup whenever possible.

A valid payment method is required to confirm your reservation. We place an authorization hold on your card at booking and charge the final fare after trip completion. Gratuity is not included in the fare shown and may be added afterward. Corporate accounts are billed via invoice per the terms of their account agreement.

Pickup time and address changes made more than 24 hours before a trip are generally accommodated at no charge, fare permitting. Changes requested inside 24 hours are accommodated where possible but may be subject to the cancellation fee schedule above if they can’t be honored.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behavior toward chauffeurs. Violations may result in the trip being ended early with no refund. Excessive mess or damage to a vehicle may result in an additional cleaning or repair charge to the payment method on file.

Opulent Chauffeur Services is licensed and insured. We are not liable for delays, missed connections, or other losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, and flight delays. Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fare paid for that booking.
